Can't watch the show...

Trying to watch the Fighting Tips and Tricks on the xbox 360 version and it's giving me the 'Your Gamer Profile does not not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality'
despite entering the online pass, fighting a handful of times online. Is there some sort of fix for this or is this just bugged?|||Check your parental controls. They may be restricting you from seeing the content.|||

Awesome, think it was something in my privacy settings though that was causing the issue. Since all parental control options were set to allow all.
