need help with clinch deny

Well hello im 1 week new to ea sports mma around 40 wins 40 losses lol, im just average guy tha enjoy playing but enojy winning, so heres my question sometimes i try to clinch experienced player and they inmediatly denie it how do they do that?, and when they clinch me i cannot seem to deny it , most of the time i end up begin constantly getting clinch becasue i cannot denied since the begging, im 95 clinch control what is it?
