Playstation Plus

So, are any of you other PS3 guys getting this?
I might if it has cross game chat and other things of that nature but if it's only demos and psn games then i won't.
Thoughts?|||I have a Xbox Live subscription so I prolly wont get this one. I always liked PSN because it allowed me to play online for free, I wont pay for it now, and besides what they offer is not really that tempting.|||Never heard of it. I would only buy it if it came with really good features and wasn't that expensive. I can usually just talk to people over skype anyway.|||from what i hear it will have cross game chat and the ability to make a custom soundtrack for games, which that alone is worth the buy for me... exclusive early demo access, beta acess, and free psn games are all good additions aswell... the only thing that bothered me about it is that he kept saying "you'll keep these things for the duration of your subscription", so does that mean even if u renew your subscription you wont get to keep the games and stuff that u download???|||If you buy the Plus for 1 year ($50) and don't renew it you lose everything you had. So if you want to keep all those betas and demos and whatever else you have to keep the Plus for as long as you have your PS3.
I won't even bother with it. Not worth it imo.|||The fact that you loose everything you´ve paid for if you dont renew. Makes this extremely idiotic "service".
Even in Xbox Live Gold membership you get early access demos but when you dont renew you still have the demos on your 360. Paying for Live Gold is wrong and Playstation + goes just even more offroad with this one. I really hope this experiment fails, because how long does it take them to start thinking maybe we should get all pay alittle.
I think we all pay good amount of money for internet connection alone and now these elitist ässholes want to charge even more.|||Yeah I'm not getting this.
I already pay for Xboxlive but that's cause of MP.
PSN has free MP so no reason to care even if Plus owners get leaderboards and rankings.
The only way I'm getting it is if sony implements what Xbox has and that's the player review system. I would pay for this since sometimes you're playing a guy that you know is cheating (usually a turbo controller) and you don't ever want to be matched up with that guy again, you can put him on your avoid list and you can hand pick players that you like to play with. Now I haven't gone online in the PS3 in months so I don't know if they have feature in it but they better cause it cuts the online A-hole factor in half.
