HELP: Unable to purchase ONLINE PASS

i lost my old online pass when my password was changed by a relative (long story) now i have opened a new user account and a new psn ID, i logged into ea MMA and clicked the PURCHASE ONLINE PASS button but it says "there are no items available for purchase" and i was like WT%? please someone help me out i really need to come online and fight you all again!!!!!!!
|||FYI : i am able to spend my wallet on themes and addons for any other games e.g. black ops - first strike but for some odd odd reason , everytime i log into the ea mma game and i try to purchase a new pass, screen goes blank, then it says "no items available for you to purchase at this time" saaaad saaaad stuf............any suggestions folks?
|||I couldnt get my second free game and I had to go into account settings and do something,
you should look up problem downloading second free game and use those steps for your
problem it might be kinda the same thing... Its in account management somewhere, I would
help out more but i cant log off the game cuz im waiting on a league fight in a fight card

Just for the record - The people over at support are useless unless you force them to give an answer that is not a cut and paste job.
So make sure you are VERY specific when contacting them or just expect a bog standard cut and paste response.
