Amnesia: The Dark Descent

I'm a pretty big pc gamer, and I'm a pretty big horror fan. The penumbra series makes dead space look like sesame street in comparison, so when I heard the devs of penumbra were making a new game, I jumped for joy. Amnesia: The dark descent is a first person horror game lightly based on hp lovecrafts work, it uses the same unique physics engine that was such a big deal in penumbra. The amazing physics make for some truly imaginative puzzle solving, pair this with some truly terrifying mental tortue, and you have one amazing horror game. i seriuosly thought i was the only one scared of fear :) lol my gf got it for xmas for me and i literarly played it like 4 times, 3 of which i was hiding and 1 -being the last- was where i was like na screw dis lol
It looks ok, kinda scary but i don't think it compares to the game that came out on the what, ps2? and they banned it in Japan because it was so scary lol they said it didn't sell well here because it was so scary i can't remember the name tho.|||Anyone here play Silent Hill 2? that game scares the hell out of me.|||

I think the Fatal Frame series are pretty scary aswell. I havent played them though.|||

lol i hate that lil girl and i WILL not play fatal frame for any reason.
As for silent hill......sigh...... :)...nuff said|||RE Nemesis had me screaming like a school girl but i loved every minute of it|||Resident Evil (the first game, back in 1996) and Silent Hill 1 are the scariest games i've ever played.|||k so im playing demo and i have no clue what to do but im scared while doing it.. but really im stuck on what to do with pully thing thats clogged.. anyone play demo yet??|||I have a sh!tty PC, so i dont think the demo will run, lol.|||

The bathroom was downstairs and in the house EVERYWHERE the lights were out. I was scared to go alone, so we decided to go all together :) . While I was doing my thing the other 2 guarded the door. Fun times!|||
